The "VISA Variable Irradiation Solid Angle Lighting (R)" is an inspection lighting system that allows for uniform settings of brightness, illuminance, irradiation optical axis, and irradiation solid angle (irradiation angle range). It can capture 3D information from metallic and glossy surfaces in a single shot, which was previously difficult. It can stably detect challenging features such as defects on rough surfaces.
